Hotel Policy:
1. Alcohol is strictly not allowed.
2. Non-Vegetarian Food is not allowed neither served.
3. Meal includes Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner.
4. Date changes are not allowed at all on Peak Days.
5. Early Check - In and Late Check - Out is subject to availability.
6. Standard Check – In Time – 12 P.M.
7. Standard Check – Out Time – 10 A.M.
8. Foreigners to register with Local Police Verification Office.
9. Extra Occupancy (Only available in Cottages and limited to one extra person per cottage) @ 35% extra Cottages.
10. Date changes request may be considered on case by case basis on Non - Peak Days.
11. Dormitory shall accommodate 10 persons. Charges are per bed for one person including meals.
12. Taxes as Applicable over and above Room Charges & Extra Services as per the selection.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation policy for non peak days :
60 days before date of arrival - 50% refund
30 days before date of arrival - 25% refund
After 30 days no refund

2. Cancellation policy for peak days
60 days before date of arrival - 25% refund on special circumstances

3. Refunds are usually processed within 48 - 72 hours post cancellation of a booking.

Important Guideline Before Picking Peak Day Slots:
For Peak Bathing Days, Visitors are strongly advised to book their accommodation at least one day prior to the Peak Bathing Day and to a minimum of 1 day after the Peak Bathing Day. The Slots are mentioned below for the same. This is necessary on account of Traffic Restrictions that come in force on the afternoon of the day preceding Peak Bathing Day and continue to the morning of the day after the Peak Bathing Day. Looking at past experiences we would highly recommend our guests to follow this guideline to avoid any hustle for reaching to the camping site as our site is extremely close to the Sangam which one of best location in the entire Mela region.
